from Clinical Psychology
GINGER E. BLUME, PH.D.
I have created this notice to let you know that I retired from private practice in clinical psychology after approximately four decades, on December 23, 2015.
My career has been immensely satisfying and I will miss all the connections made and the engaging work done with so many clients.
I am deeply grateful to all the individuals, couples and families who have allowed me to be part of their treatment and life journey. Your trust has enriched my professional development and, more importantly, has touched me personally. I sincerely wish each of you the very best.
To all my colleagues who have collaborated with me over the years, by consulting, making and accepting referrals and/or sharing work, I thank you for all your support. I have loved being part of the community of health care providers in the Middlesex county area.
If I can be of assistance to former clients in finding a referral or if you have other questions, do not hesitate to contact me. After December 23, 2015 please contact me at my email address: Gblumeasso@aol.com.
Some of you may be curious about what I will do after retirement. Besides my love of dancing, I plan to continue volunteering for the English as a Second Language (ESL) program. I also plan to share Brewster, my therapy dog, so he may bring joy to others. I will engage in artistic endeavors and continue my life as an avid reader, creative writer, and world traveler.
Thank you all for sharing your life’s
journey with me,
Ginger E. Blume, Ph.D.
